A keeper...

I started creating this ring,

with the intention of putting it into the shop...

...but it has become a keeper...

...a reminder of a very difficult, emotional few weeks...

...too precious to part with...

...so it will be remaining with me...

But that's ok,

a girl can never have too many jewels, non? ;-)

P.S.  Although I'm keeping this ring for myself, I'll be making something similar to put into the shop :-)

  2. You have to keep some things; that's the jewelry designer rule.

P.S. I hope things are better for you now! I hear "difficult few weeks" and I get concerned...

Thank you also for the concern...life is plodding along ok here. There is always a surprise around every corner! Some surprises we could do without though ;-) Work is a good distraction, so I have been throwing myself into my silver at every opportunity!
